Staples staff member was beyond unhelpful. Go to a UPS store and avoid here for returns.

This is located inside the Staples. Staff is changing but all are good. I have used it many times for returning Amazon or other items. They are really very helpful. They don't have the qr code scan option given by UPS but apart from that service is really good.
