“I've been 3 places trying to cash my check and I came into Krogers in Lebanon to their money services bcuz I'd called as I was leaving
Wal-Mart whom claimed they could/would... yet did NOT!!! I got the same from Kroger as well. Since I had to pick up prescriptions anyways I decided to stop at the 5/3 Fifth Third Bank and Ethan, their customer service man at the counter helped me figure out where I needed to get it cashed and went as far as finding me the closest one as well so, Ethan I hope you're company values you as much as I do after our very 1st encounter!!! You're very polite, professional, friendly, helpful and I can tell a genuinely great individual! Thankx from the bottom of my heart!”

I needed a cashier's check right before they closed, and the teller I spoke to was able to set it up over the phone, and had everything ready for me with 5 min to spare. “just now NEW Can someone really love a bank? I didn't think so until I started my relationship with LCNB. It has been a wonderful relationship for a few years now. Recently Suzanne Myers and Phoebe Kerby walked me through the application process to get a home equity line of credit. “Been a Huntington customer for years and they always take care of me! I had a weird issue with cash not properly dispensing during my ATM visit this week. Never happened before, and didn’t know what to do. I returned to the store nervous to ask for help, but without hesitation the staff took the issue out of my hands and filed the necessary paperwork to ensure things were resolved promptly. I believe the employee who helped me was Cassidy (I hope that’s correct!), she was awesome and SO helpful. I appreciate the help and hope things can clear up soon, so they don’t have to keep doing my paperwork :) thanks guys!”
