The customer service was outstanding! My car had locking lug nuts but I was never given a key to unlock them. They went above and beyond to help me get the entire situation sorted out! Carrie was extremely accommodating! I will definitely be back and recommend 10/10!

My appt ran over almost an hour but I was given a certificate for a free synthetic oil change to compensate. Win for me :)
