“Several yrs ago I took my 97 Chevy c1500 WT there about some transmission issues. The owner could have convinced me that it needed a transmission after they drove it and put it up on the rack. Instead he told me how to bypass the issue and said I may very well get 500000 mi out of it. He didn't charge me a penny for the time and effort they put in it. I just took my 2018 Silverado to him about trans issues and again the owner explained everything in detail and suggested a trans cooler. They put a trans cooler in for me and did it ridiculously cheap. They are all such fine people and so enjoyable to deal with. “My wife and I own a 2013 Buick Encore that was having headlight dimming issues. Multiple trips to three different Buick dealerships later and they still couldn't solve the problem. We ended up taking it to R&S Auto in Lancaster and they isolated the issues in less than an hour and in doing so, found a small problem in the coolant system and asked us if we wanted that fixed as well. The car has run like a champ ever since! Jeff and Katrina provide fair and upfront pricing. After purchasing a 1996 Chevy Silverado I took it in for an overall inspection. Jeff and Katrina provided me with an extremely detailed itemized list of 1) things that needed attention now, 2) things that could wait for 6-12 months with normal driving, and 3) minor issues. They also provided me with estimates of what each job would cost. After having them take care of the first list I now plan on taking it in for the second list. The truck has 198,000 miles and is still running strong!”
