There for a estimate and the lady helped me with ease and asked a tech to come out look inwhich he obliged and suggested things to her and I got my estimate and went on my way nice people I will say that

There's certainly a lack of contact/communication which can be aggravating but I also am aware Echard's is a busy place. Their work is great and you can tell they have integrity. Thankful for a good job and that my car looks beautiful after the car accident I was in.
