Dan and his technicians are excellent; it's rare nowadays to walk into a place of business where you're greeted by name and can receive individualized care/service from anyone, let alone a licensed healthcare professional.It's abundantly clear why NFFP continues to thrive in an industry that's become monopolized the likes of one-size-fits-all pharmacies, such as cvs, which use their market power to squeeze out small businesses. It's good to see there are still some independent pharmacies left out here who truly prioritize patient care and act as good stewards for the community. Whether it's Newton Falls Pharmacy, Champion Discount Pharmacy, another independent about 10 minutes down the road, or any other small business pharmacy, I'd encourage you to show them your support so they're can be here for many years to come.”
“Walgreens on west market and Natashea were amazing! CVS on Parkman rd refused to fill my script cause the pharmacist said it’s a dangerous medicine and no one should take it (it’s not recalled and has been in existence for over 40 years). This is not the first time this has happened with cvs on Parkman or they don’t have medication in stock that’s an everyday med. anyway. I called and spoke to Natasha and told her my problem. She said give me the number of the pharmacy and the pharmacist will call and then fill it. They filled it in lightening speed and Natasha showed me how to save $ on the script cause there was no insurance on it. I give them an A plus and Natasha an A++++++++. Everyone was very helpful and nice and didn’t give you a tude like cvs on Parkman road does. Ty Natasha”
