“Typical Sam's club with the items they are known to carry. When we visited on 5/29 in the afternoon, the place seemed cleaner than normal. The floors looked great, the mens restroom was in good condition, and the food court seemed cleaner than you'd expect for a mid afternoon visit. I am a regular user of their Scan-n- Go, so I can't opine on the checkout experience via the registers. If you haven't used the Scan-n-Go checkout process, I highly recommend giving it a try. It will save you time and also make it easy to keep a running total on your cart, especially if you're trying to live on a budget. Another pro-tip: If you haven't tried the brownie sundae in the food court, you are missing an excellent dessert. Get the brownie on the side, as once it gets cold from the frozen yogurt, you'll have a tough time cutting it.”

“I was in Giant Eagle Elm Rd for their great Nov 8 sale. The staff was very helpful and kind and very pleasant. There was an incident in the store that made me very sad. The store was full of customers and I thought how wonderful. Then something unfortunate happened and the store almost cleared out. The store wasn't responsible for the occurrence and those who were should not have been there. I want to thank the owners and staff for their concern for their customers and how well the situation was handled. God bless all of you and keep up the good work.”

Jake and ladies at the pharmacy are wonderful even when they are over loaded with Rx to fill However the front counter staff lack customer service skills. “Replaced all 4 tires on my daughter’s SUV. Had to take time and return to the shop, they installed one tire incorrectly, facing wrong direction. Fixed and highway test for safety. Be sure to come back and have them re-torque the lug nuts after 50 miles. Before they service, ensure your parking brakes are disengaged. They drove the vehicle with the parking brakes still engaged. Now, have to check for possible damages. They do a good job on tires, but human error always in play. So, take the steps to ask the right questions and perform post inspection. Leaders need to do quality checks, good for training personnel. Always room for improvements and prevent complacency.”

“Giant Eagle Pharmacy Howland has always worked with my hectic life! Whenever I studied abroad, they helped me get all my scripts before leaving. Whenever my insurance gives me a hassle, a tech is always willing to work with me. As a college student, money is tight. The techs always find the cheapest option for my two scripts and keep my monthly cost affordable. I also love how considerate they are with time. Sometimes the only time I have to get my scripts are in between class and work (a 1 hour or less window). If I tell the tech this, they will make sure I leave with my meds and am on time for work. Definitely will remain my pharmacy of choice!”

“Walgreens on west market and Natashea were amazing! CVS on Parkman rd refused to fill my script cause the pharmacist said it’s a dangerous medicine and no one should take it (it’s not recalled and has been in existence for over 40 years). This is not the first time this has happened with cvs on Parkman or they don’t have medication in stock that’s an everyday med. anyway. I called and spoke to Natasha and told her my problem. She said give me the number of the pharmacy and the pharmacist will call and then fill it. They filled it in lightening speed and Natasha showed me how to save $ on the script cause there was no insurance on it. I give them an A plus and Natasha an A++++++++. Everyone was very helpful and nice and didn’t give you a tude like cvs on Parkman road does. Ty Natasha”
