Don't blame the customers for the fire. Your management was told over and over and over again for years now, that the dryers in fact were overheating and NOT because of capacity. You better check your machines...instead of waiting for another fire to happen. Very concerned customer

This place is great, and especially Angela. She is the most hard-working and dedicated person that I have met in. Kent, Ohio. She and the other staff members do a great job with the clothes and they also organize it the way you want it to be organized. I only do my laundry here and I have no plans to change in the future.

Doing laundry here is quite nice. They use an app system which I kinda prefer to the coin or card method. The staff are always around to help troubleshoot and usually make themselves known. There are a large variety of side-loading washers for different sized loads and the dryers are gigantic.
