“This Buzzi's Laundromat location (918 Monroe Falls Ave) is great! It is very well lit, extremely clean, and smells fresh. It looks like it was recently remodeled, so everything looks new. I especially love the fact you can scan their QR Code and pay for your washer/dryer right from your phone. And the woman that works their is very nice and friendly. I will definitely be back.”

“The people there are always nice. I use the bulk laundry service, which can be expensive, but it's worth it every time. My apartment has unreliable washers and dryers, so I come here once every other month. When I pick up everything is clean & sorted, which makes my life easier. Only complaint I have is the bag discount is pretty low (5%), especially if you're doing the bulk service.”

“I go to Buzzis on 8th and Graham in the falls. Been going here for about 3 yrs. It's clean! Large! It has a good selection of machines and the employees are extremely friendly and helpful. I love that there's a credit card option kiosk. There's plenty of long tables to fold your clothes on and several tables and chairs to sit and wait inside so you can do computer work (free WiFi) eat some lunch or just relax and read a book. There's also a restroom that's very clean! Plenty of parking in front and also in the back with a back door entrance.”

“First, the quality of the cleaning and pressing of my shirts is first rate and the dry cleaning is excellent. Second, I find the pricing to be very reasonable. Third, I want to commend the owner for her politeness, courtesy and honesty. I accidentally left 2 $20 bills on the counter. A 1/2 hour later, because she had to research which customer did such a foolish thing, she called and texted me to let me know about the lost cash. Thank you!A Customer For Life”

Model is a great place for startup companies looking to keep there staff looking professional and clean during work hours. They are available Monday -Friday 8am to 5pm. I use them and never have any complaints!”

While I understand people’s frustration with some of the things they may have dealt with, my experience with drop off service was rather pleasant.”

“Helen is THE best dry cleaner in the area, hands down! Her prices are far more affordable than any of her competitors and she does such a nice job cleaning your clothes. There have been times that I have been forced to use other dry cleaners for various reasons and I am always so unsatisfied. The other cleaners use awful smelling chemicals that leave a terrible stench on my clothing, they use pins and clamps to adhere my skirts to hangers which in turn leave imprints in the fabric. Helen doesn't do any of these things. Oh, and did I mention how affordable her prices are? Seriously, she doesn't price gouge like every other dry cleaner in the area! I cannot say enough good things about her and her business!”
