I used the car wash here and the water froze up and I had to go through the next bay again to get the soap off my car. I did call and report it to the person who has a number posted and was told he would send a free wash since it cost $30 for a car wash never received the free one

FIX THE SELF SERVE PAYMENT, Don’t get me wrong I love this car wash but it really feels like a scam when you’re told it’s minimum charge to your card will be $3 and the max will be $10 for the self serve, i used it for exactly 3 min, pressed the red shut off and boom I’m still charged $10 to my account!

I used my debt card at the self wash which totaled $4.25 but my card was charged $10. Also if you call the number it’s disconnected. Pretty shady.

Our Brimfield location at the Cascades of Brimfield, right off of Tallmadge Road in front of Walmart Supercenter. We have updated this two tunnel location with our newest state-of-the-art wash equipment. Our beautifully landscaped grounds accommodate 2 large 70 foot automated wash tunnels as well as two self-service wash bays. Our self-service vacuums are powerful and each bay is equipped with hand held dryers, especially useful for motorcycles!
No cash? No problem! All of our stations on site accept credit cards at no additional charge and we have a handy vending area for dispensing/recharging our convenient gift cards as well as interior cleaning and fragrance accessories. Whatever your car cleaning needs may be we have you covered.
