“I have not used the automatic car wash, I personally prefer to use the bays where I can do it myself. I have never had any issues using them, and it gets my car very clean. Their vacuums are the best compared to anywhere in Ravenna, where I used to take my car when it needed clean. One evening, not too long ago, I had stopped to vacuum out my mom's car I had while mine was in the shop getting fixed. Since all my family is in PA, my mom allowed me to borrow hers, putting her & my step-dad down to one vehicle, so I especially wanted to make sure I gave it back just as clean as when I got it for helping me out. (Side note, my cousin had just detailed my mother's car right before I got it and these vacuums were able to sweep everything out just as he did!) It was starting to get dark out when I got there, and I noticed a truck in one of the bays with a man who wasn't washing his truck but just looked to be messing around. Here, he was the owner who walked down to me to let me know he was the owner and that he was working on a few things. I thought that was very kind of him to let me know.”
