“Great for cardio in the winter to replace road work. They set my wife up with confidence to get back in shape. Its a clean, nice gym with plenty of free weights and nautilus machines. I go to both gyms in Johnstown (here and The Vault) and they are easily two of the best gyms I have been to. No judgement, great price and super friendly owners!”

“Great gym but for some reason it gets extremely smoky in there. This only happens every now and then so I’m not sure what it is. Makes it hard to breathe when you’re pushing through a high intensity workout.”
