“I first discovered HIIT workouts when I first moved to Columbus in 2019. I ended up moving to Destin, FL for a short time in 2020 and was in search of a new gym to join and became a founding member of an F45 gym that opened down there and absolutely fell in LOVE with the workouts. When I moved back to Columbus in 2021, I was so excited to hear a studio was opening up in New Albany and became a founding member here as well! The workouts are always different, challenging, but high energy, fun and an amazing stress reliever. The coaches are kind, helpful and help push you to be the best you can be. On top of all of this, you are surrounded by an AMAZING community of members that are all so supportive. I always feel so great after leaving class, and love that these workouts are an efficient use of time. I would highly recommend F45 to anyone, and especially the F45 New Albany gym!”
