I went in there after spending at least 8 hours on the phones with different AT&T numbers and chats only to be left extremely frustrated after switching 6 lines from T-Mobile to AT&T. I went into the store as a last resort. Should have been my first step.
Louis was eager to help but needed my ID. I was unprepared and did not have it, in my frustration I took out everything on Louis going so far as to swear at him and voice my displeasure in the most unprofessional way. I am embarrassed of my behavior in that moment.
I went home, retrieved my ID, came back and Louis didn't bat an eye. He was ready to help despite my behavior, never so much as a hint of attitude. Solved my problems and got all my numbers moved to the correct phones through a painful 90 minute process.
