“I needed a circuit board for a remote control repaired. This is a remote for a piece of equipment I use at work. A new remote is incredibly expensive. I brought it to the Aurora store just to see if he could possibly repair it before I spent several hundred dollars on a new one. He was able to fix it and he did so for an incredibly reasonable price!! Super friendly and great customer service. I definitely recommend iRepair More!!”

“I had visited a Verizon store to talk with someone about upgrading my plan and possibly saving a few bucks each month while at the same time adding a phone to my plan for my son. I ended up at the Macedonia location.
I'm not very tech savvy and trying to decipher the Verizon bill is next to impossible for myself as well as trying to understand plan differences and which would be the best way to go without losing key plan advantages and also what Verizon could offer.
I sat down and talked with a salesperson by the name of Darrian and he couldn't have been more patient and more helpful in helping me to understand how he could help upgrade my plan and yet save money while getting a better improved plan.. He was very easy to talk with and was very patient with all the questions I myself as well as my son had. The entire staff at that store seemed to be very friendly and they all seem to have a good work team environment. Thank you so much Darrian for all your help.”

“About 3 weeks ago, the owner of the store, fixed my phone. My phone was not working on the screen. I could not type anything on the middle of the screen. The owner was really nice, explained what was going on with my phone and easily helped me get my photos and videos transferred to my new phone. I came into the store looking for a new phone to replace the one I lost recently. Rachel and Mary were very helpful with getting my new phone all set up. Unfortunately, while I was trying to put in all the other extra stuff I needed to get manually in the new phone, I locked myself out of my phone. Rachel did absolutely everything she could to unlock the phone for me. I mean EVERYTHING!!! Her patience, her knowledge and persistence and her happiness for me that the problem was solved is something I will always remember and be so thankful for! “Caleb assisted me when I walked in he greeted me with a smile and welcomed me to AT&T and asked how he could help me. I had to have a phone I received from insurance setup. He did it all within a timely period. My experience was good and he was very professional. He also gave me advice to hold on to my old phone in case something didn’t set up correctly I had reference my old phone and that I have 30 days to return my broken phone. Great job thank you.”

There were some issues with the removal of a third line that was transferring out and lex had continuous communication with me throughout the month until my issue was effectively resolved and my account updated how it needed. She went above and beyond her customer service role!”
