“I had visited a Verizon store to talk with someone about upgrading my plan and possibly saving a few bucks each month while at the same time adding a phone to my plan for my son. I ended up at the Macedonia location.
I'm not very tech savvy and trying to decipher the Verizon bill is next to impossible for myself as well as trying to understand plan differences and which would be the best way to go without losing key plan advantages and also what Verizon could offer.
I sat down and talked with a salesperson by the name of Darrian and he couldn't have been more patient and more helpful in helping me to understand how he could help upgrade my plan and yet save money while getting a better improved plan.. He was very easy to talk with and was very patient with all the questions I myself as well as my son had. The entire staff at that store seemed to be very friendly and they all seem to have a good work team environment. Thank you so much Darrian for all your help.”
“This is the first time I've visited the store. The staff was super friendly and helpful on the phone before I stopped in, and when I got there. They found what I was looking for at a great deal.
They also informed me that they will purchase directly or place on consignment instruments and equipment I am looking to sell.

“I needed a new AVR did a ton of research and I decided a Sony ES5000 was the best choice for me. I usually buy my stuff at Best Buy but they didn't have one to listen to and Sound & Vision did so I left a message before they were open and I got a call from Jax Mellinger. He said they had one set up in the switch room and we could come and listen to it and see what we thought. I was a little hesitant going to a high end store but so glad that I did. There was no sales pressure, just good information so I could make a decision, we decided to buy it from Jax at Sound & Vision. I had a few questions and have Jax's Email and his help if I need it. I am really happy with my purchase and hope to be back to the store soon!”

“The Streetsboro target is one of my go to stores when looking for some thing unusual or a twist on a household item that I hadn’t thought of. It is always clean, seems to be well staffed and the people are nice. Check out was with a cashier and a very pleasant experience. I was able to get medicine I needed as well as HomeGoods, a birthday card, I can always count on them for a plethora of gift cards, as well as make up and a pair of shoes. Quite the diversity I am looking for an a store.”

“I called this location today to find a sweatshirt I looked everywhere for. I was literally dying to have it! Chesiree answered the phone in a very joyful way as asked how she could help me. I described the sweatshirt to her and she put me on hold and searched high and low for it. She came back and told me she found it as if she won the lotto! She was so kind and so helpful!! “As a full-time student, I don't have a ton of time for shopping. I love the drive-up/pickup options at this location! Not to mention the staff- i've never had a bad interaction with any employee at this location. one of the drive up team members had 3+ orders on her cart when she brought out my drive up order, and still maintained a positive attitude while handing me my bag. I wish I caught her name so i could give her a shout out, but she was great. :)”

“I bought a phone on Saturday and changed carriers from AT&T to Verizon. I was having issues with receiving text messages and emails. I called Verizon and they said the set up was incomplete and they needed the AT&T transfer PIN. I went to the AT&T store, and was on hold and on the phone with AT&T for over 40 minutes. Finally, they said they couldn't help me. UGH! SO.... I went to Best Buy, where I bought the phone, and was really angry by that time. Michael was awesome. He calmed me down from actually wanting to be THAT woman, and he was so patient. He called both Verizon and AT&T, and between all 3 of them, my phone is up and running again. I really appreciated Michael's kindness and calm attitude. He's definitely an asset to this location. Thank you.”
