“Was surprised they actually had some larger sizes in stock. Made for better shopping for my child. One of the staff was helpful in figuring out a sizing issue. The one employee working the dressing rooms gave my child a nice compliment. Unfortunately, they did not have the size I needed in stock. The staff working the register could not get my Old Navy card to work through their swiper, so checkout took longer than necessary (and they missed one of the security tags, they apologized, but it was not a big deal).”

“Chantell, or maybe Chantel.. (can’t remember the spelling, sorry ma’am!) and the owner whose name I did not catch, helped make successful a work boot return. The return I had dubbed impossible, was an our hase over 2 months old and I’d not kept the receipt. The store in Ontario i’d bought the boots at had entered in my points reward information incorrect. Chantel(ll) quickly found the issue and identified the purchase. The owner, informed me of the warranty and return service offered. They furthermore educated me on some extra boot care that in turn should make a pair of boots longevity increase tenfold. On top of their prompt knowledge of problem and solution, the store was decent sized, spiffy and tidy, with a touch of southern hospitality.
