We bought a new 2022 Honda 520 UTV. Had an excessive heat issue; (with documented evidence). Honda refused to acknowledge it. Bad experience. Called to confirm availability of a specific car and set up appointment, then arrived on time to be told "can't find the keys and must have gone to auction." Wasted two hours of my life.

Good experience. Didn't cut me any crazy deal when I bought my bike, then again I should've asked though, so I mostly blame myself for that. Everyone was nice and helpful, they delivered my bike to my address without any issue.
