“This was my first visit to Coughlin Nissan dealership in Heth Ohio. Everyone was very helpful & friendly. The vehicle that I was interested in was ready for me to test drive.After the test drive the sales associate was very helpful & polite answering any questions about the car. I enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere & felt absolutely no pressure to purchase the vehicle. That being said I was at the dealership for awhile & then proceeded with my offer for the vehicle. “I needed just a quart of oil.. no big deal. The guy wasn't annoyed by my needing just 1 quart.. nor, by me playing my "girl card," he picked out the oil, and then I politely asked him if he'd mind putting the oil in for me. He was super kind. It was cold and windy and didn't complain at all. We talked and laughed while he was adding the oil. Just all around super great service. I have yet to have a bad experience at this Advanced Auto.”
