Gavin generously came to the dealership on a Sunday afternoon to advocate for me and do a thorough inspection. All this on short notice. “I went here for an oil change as I usually go to this location due to the individuals that work here. When I pulled in I didn’t recognize any faces. I asked where Nathan and the old crew were and I was saddened to hear they no longer work there. However, the gentleman working was nice and got the job done, I’m going to miss the old crew. They were very professional and knowledgeable with everything. They always explained everything with detail and recommendations on the solutions if I had any problems. Ive never been excited to get my oil changed before going to this location with the old crew. Good luck to wherever you guys go or went. “Went to Jeremiah’s recently to fix my car, charged me 1900 to fix my exhaust and brakes I believe. My car has been running perfectly since, great service and great attitude from the owner. I will continue to go here to get my car repaired, it might be a little pricey but the quality outweighs the price.”

“Have had very good dealings with everyone at Hindera Honda powerstore & the auto store in the past and the present with Nathan in the service department on my '22 Monkey with a battery problem & service check out. He's very professional and helpful on getting the Monkey picked-up and serviced. I'm 80yrs old now and Was a printing department manager for a large company for 30+ yrs. And I know about good customer service and that can make or break a company. Years ago my wife had a crappy experience with a service writer at Lindsey Honda on her '06 Civic and that killed my dealings or references on them,even after we talked to the service mgr. who was unconcerned and "put offish". Always recommend your dealership when asked.”

“Jake and the crew lived up to the business name. It was refreshing to find a shop that did exactly what they said they would, and at a more than fair price. I had my car towed from Canal Winchester, specifically to have the work done. They were finished when they said they’d be, and the car is running like a Swiss watch. It’s a rare commodity to get quality, and punctual service. Jake was very respectful and polite young man. I’m sure your parents are proud, they should be.”
