“If you use Pagani's - think that you won the lottery This is the ultimate place to have the car repaired, no bones about it! I was involved in a car accident with serious repairs to be done. Bobbie Pagani took the time not just to fix it, but to do it right. All parts were ordered from a certified Honda dealership. After the completion of repairs you have a warranty for as long as you own the car (how cool is that!!). Staff is extremely friendly and makes you feel at home. After the repairs were done, I started to drive and noticed one issue they missed. He took the car again, not only repaired the issue, but took a closer look, found and fixed other issues that were missed first. My car was cleaned and vacuumed to the max, inside and out. 5 stars, would have given 15 if I could.”
“I have to say this is one of the most honest and trusted mechanic shops I've heard of. The word of mouth makes it difficult to get in here so be sure to get on the schedule. I actually overheard the owner telling customer Keep your money it was just a small job and you can get me on next repair. So many stories of the owner being far less than other shops and shops actually sending their own customers here to get a car fixed they couldn't figure out. Very trust worthy shop off the beaten path but 2 minutes from downtown. I don't even thing they advertise but lot is always full and customers in and out whoever I've been there.”

“I'm OCD so we will start with an itemized list- Branden, the dealer who sold me my current 2024 Kia K5 GT. I never thought i'd be able to own such a wonderful car but this guy sincerely worked the price with me. He was sincere, interpersonal, professional and reasonable. He did not force me to buy GAP, protection plans or warranties(even though I did buy extended warranty). He explained everything and never became frustrated at my fairly stern pricing point. All in all, compared to my previous car purchases it was a very quick, honest and streamlined process. We then spoke for close to an hour while they cleaned out my car and people need to realize, dealers are people, just like us. We had a lot in common and he really did treat me like family. I will definitely be using him as my future dealer for any new car purchases. Thanks again Branden!- Chris, the finance guru who financially closed the deal on my Kia K5 GT. This guy is an actual wizard. We had discussed how much I drive(I put about 15k-20k miles on my car every year) and how much I wanted the 150k extended warranty but at its current price there was no way I could afford it. Chris was able to pull some strings and work on my deal and brought it down to an affordable price point for me(still not sure how he did it). He reviewed all other options available to my car which i politely declined and he did not push any of it on to me which I appreciated. He explained all paperwork before I signed, reviewed what to expect and what to do after my vehicle purchase as well. Chris was, as well, professional, insightful and interpersonal. “I found found these guys by chance and boy was I glad I did!! I was desperately looking for 2 used tires to replace 2 blown ones on a car that is on it's last leg anyway so I didn't want to put new tires on it. I need the car to get me thru another week or so, hopefully ? ?These guys were GREAT!!! Very understanding, accommodating and sooo friendly!! Not to mention they had what I needed The only complaint I have is after I got home & my car sat for an hour or so, one of the tires went flat. I thought ? Oh no, but my daughter thought maybe it just wasn't set on the bead? She took it off & looked for a hole or object in it but didn't find anything. For the record, I'm missing a couple cores and perhaps that had something to do with it ??♀️ She put it back on and blew it up & it's been fine ever since Thank you Ohio Tire Sales!!!
