“Great place to stay. Room was very clean. This facility is a little older and has several areas that obviously have been worked on, but the cleanliness really shines. The neat way the towels were rolled in the bathroom was cool. The bed was comfy. Water in the shower was good and hot. The breakfast was delicious. They had a nice addition of potatoes and the turkey sausages weren’t dried out an rubbery. It was great place to stay.”
“We were in a smoking room and you could tell. Nicotine on the walls, ceiling and mirrors. But we really can't complain. I mean, what can you expect in a smoking room. The staff here make it all worth it! Everyone is friendly, helpful, informative and week go out of their way to accommodate your needs. They offer free breakfast which includes pancakes, toast, bagels, muffins, two kinds of cereal and a few kinds of juice. There is also a "coffee station" available 24 hours at no charge for guests.”

While I still feel the same about the condition of the room and our initial visit, I’m incredibly grateful for the resolution that followed—and the positive change it sparked for both the hotel and its team.
Shiv, the General Manager, and Meena, the Territory Manager, went above and beyond to show just how committed they are to guest satisfaction. They personally reached out, took ownership of the situation, and made every effort to make things right for my husband and me. Their response wasn’t just professional—it was genuine.
That kind of service can't be taught or faked. It reflects a true commitment to hospitality and a level of integrity that is, unfortunately, rare in today’s world. Customer service is often overlooked or taken for granted, but Shiv and Meena reminded me how impactful it can be when done right.
