“On our way from Georgia to Ohio to visit family, a heat shield came loose underneath the car. Jim's was able to fit us in and take care of the repair on the same day (which was great because we were only spending a couple days in the area).
Jim's is my wife's parents usual place to get car repairs done, and if I was local this would be my place too! Can't recommend them enough. Hopefully we don't have car trouble on the next trip, but if we do I know exactly where I am taking it.”

“My car's alternator went out completely unexpectedly and my regular mechanic said they didn't have time to get me in for a while. I called Tri City Auto because they were the only place I could think of and I've had several friends recommend them, including friends who also had to have their cars towed here for urgent things, and they were awesome. The person I talked to on the phone told me they might not be able to get me in until the end of the week, but they got to my car the next day and called me to say he was ready first thing the day after that! $525 to get my alternator and the belt replaced on a 2004 Honda Civic, which was less than I was expecting. The two people at the front desk that I spoke to were both very friendly and helpful, and the estimate I was given before the work was done was exactly right. I would absolutely recommend Tri City Auto and there's a good chance I'll be back the next time I need work done.”

“I highly recommend Dave and his team at Monro on main st . I didn’t have a mechanic when I had trouble with my car, and I didn’t know how long it would keep working so I wanted a close place to take . I looked online and took a chance on Monro auto repair and I’m glad I did. I called and talked with Dave, he said bring in and they would look at it. After it was there an hour or so I got a call from Dave explaining what they found and what it would cost and they could have it fixed in no time. A hour an half later they called saying it was fixed. While I was waiting for their call I looked online about what they had found and what the cost should be. I found my car symptoms went with what they said and their price was average cost. I now have a mechanic I trust.”
