“I brought a wheel in that had a slow leak. The wheel came with the car and the tires were mounted at a different shop. They patched and re-balanced the wheel. No charge, I was dumbfounded. The gentleman just asked me to come back for a quote next time I'm looking for tires. I certainly will. This wheel has been great ever since. I've used Bob Sumerel on several occasions. For price and service on wheels and tires, they can't be beat. Prices for basic service like oil changes are incredibly competitive too. All the Bob Sumerel stores I've been too have been well managed too, service is always prompt and professional. I will not hesitate to return.”

“I don't tend to leave reviews but I have to for here. This place was fast and effecient! Aiden, as well as the rest of the mechanics were super helpful and super informative. Everyone that was there at the shop had been super friendly. Aiden helped me find out about possible issues coming up in the future with my car and educated me on everything to keep me better informed. He also showed me how well their prices compare to that of my dealership when it comes to services. This was the first time I actually felt comfortable and not judged at a shop about me or my car. I highly reccomend this place :)”

“My radiator blew at 10:30p6m on a Thursday. I had it towed in the next morning, completely expecting to be without a vehicle for the weekend. Jerry was great, called and let me know when my vehicle had arrived safely on the tow truck. They advised me they would try to take a look at it but may not get to it until Monday (I was perfectly fine with that). By 1pm they had called with a solution to the issue and had an upfront price. At 4pm they called and said it was ready. We were blown away by how quickly they got us in and how helpful everyone is. We recently moved and needed a new mechanic we could trust, now we’ve found one.”
