They literally tried to steal my money from me, explaining that it was "a software update" and that they can wave the overdraft fee but they would still have to take the $60 from my next paycheck. Be responsible, don't bank with these people.

Been a customer for 8 or so years and have had no problems. Also became a stockholder which was not a bad decision.
