“On our way from Georgia to Ohio to visit family, a heat shield came loose underneath the car. Jim's was able to fit us in and take care of the repair on the same day (which was great because we were only spending a couple days in the area).

(My driveway is tight and up a hill) Amazingly enough my driver James backed up it perfectly and was able to put my car into the garage. Then once Jake took it off the truck Christion got it the rest of the way in. 10/10 service. When I need a tow again; I’m asking for Jake.”

“Oh my gosh, I can't give more stars than 5, but if I could, it would be 10 and above. Not only was the owner polite and courteous, he was like the neighbor everyone should have. My car was hit with a 5 gallon bucket, scratching and denting the front. I just picked it up (one day early) and it looks brand new! And on top of that, he washed it too! I recommend this body shop to anyone, (and trust me, I am).”

“This shop was very caring. They take the time to describe issue they found. I had truck at Columbia Chevrolet for check eng light and was told they can’t look at it so to truck had banks exhaust and air intake and a Gibson headers with oil separator. Dealers tec wanted to charge me to put it all back to stock before they can look at eng light. Snyder’s they were able to get me in a few days And I told them the dealership didn’t have any good techs. There last tech went to another dealership that I use to use. So I was referred to Snyder’s from another tech. It’s crazy how this shop had way better customer service and knowable tech to find my issue without putting anything back to gm spec. Snyder’s also made sure after words days later that I had a good experience. In my eyes I put this place an above and beyond and would choose this place over dealership. I put this shop along trusted repair shops such as Northgate transmission and Relative automotive in the area. Don’t your looking for trustworthy shop Snyder’s is the place. I’ve been in the auto industry for over 20 yrs as a warranty claims specialist and finding trustworthy shops is a diamond in ruff. So look at their reviews they are someone you can trust with auto repairs. Thanks again for great customer service”

“Streeval’s is the BEST! My car had a large dent in the front end and my door handle was non-functioning after a wreck I had been in. Bradley and his guys gave 110% and went above and beyond to get my car back in shape. Not only did they replace the door handle and front end/ bumper, but also got me brand new tires, a new key fob battery, detailed my car inside and out, and managed to clean months-old brake dust off my car. My car has never run so good! Bradley made the whole process so easy and painless and was extremely awesome to work with. He dealt with the insurance and rental car companies for me as well, which I dreaded doing myself. I’m seriously so thankful for him and everyone else at Streeval’s. I refuse to go anywhere else now! I highly recommend. (Not to mention, they have an adorable four-legged front desk greeter who kept me company in the lobby. 10/10.)”

“The best mechanic I've ever seen. I will never go to another mechanic in my life. He is honest. Very informative. And very reasonable on his prices. I had alot of work done on my Ford expedition. He didn't just start working on my vehicle. He let me know what it needed and how much it's going to be and then got the ok from me before he started working on it. When I brought it back this time around it was gonna be a very expensive fix due to everything that was going on with it. Instead of just working on it and charging me for the work he called me and let me know all my options and that's something I highly respect from G. He doesn't throw you any curveballs the price he says is the price you pay. I reccomend G as a mechanic 10 times over. And he will always be my mechanic whenever I need a vehicle looked at or worked on.”
