“Yesterday I took my chainsaw in for a repair. This location has a tool rental that also repairs equipment. The staff at the tool rental went to work right away on my chainsaw. I bought it back in April and had a problem with the brake mechanism. Well this group quickly disassembled my chainsaw, found broken spring, repaired it, and gave it back to me within about 20 minutes. Great customer service. Great group of workers in the tool rental. I certainly appreciate it I'll be back”

“They had better prices on appliances, so I bought a washer/dryer combo, stove and refrigerator. But then I got a call that the warranty was on sale at the time that I bought it and they didn't know it st the time. So I had to drive back to get the warranty. I guess they could have not called me at all, but I'm glad they did.”
