Looking at their reviews and speaking with Crystal Eskins to ask for a good time to find her working.Getting there we found the store to be clean, uncluttered, important to me as I use a wheelchair .The staff was very friendly , Crystal accompanied us as we looked around. She was helpful , patient, and very personable. Offered advice when asked , assured they could get the color and texture we sought.I am 70 and have had many furniture purchases over time. Nothing came close to the experience Crystal gave us. Even after the sale she happily answered questions. People such as Crystal should be a blessing to to service any business.I hope your employer knows what a wonderful representative you are. You made our visit and I will recommend anyone looking for furnishings make Jay's and Crystal their first stop.”
“I have to say that this place is amazing I'll never go to another furniture store after my visit here, Roy the sales manager was very helpful in getting us a new mattress and box spring and we found another end table to match the ones I have but needed 1 more . He was polite and quick to serve but not persistent like most sales people are these days he explained to me on what I wanted and I found the perfect mattress and box springs that I've been looking for so long . “Target is a great place to shop. They have tons of decorations, clothes, toys, shoes, medicines, foods and drinks. The only real issue is that it can be pretty crowded at times, and you'll usually have to wait at checkout. So besides the usual 5 minute wait before checkout, Target is overall a pretty good place for most shopping needs.”
