“We were in the market for new box springs and mattresses. Our challenge was that the bed we were placing them on was a 100-year-old brass bed with a full-size mattress. We wanted to move up to a queen-sized mattress. A standard queen was too long at 80 inches. The Mattress Factory offers a short queen mattress and box springs in two different lengths. We purchased the ideal mattress for our needs with a less tall box spring. The company made the set to our needs. The delivery was only two weeks. Delivery was flawless. “I absolutely loved my experience at this store. My sales person was Lisa and she was a breathe of fresh air. She was the complete opposite of a pushy sales person that follows you around the store. She asked what I was looking for, pointed me in the right direction, and gave me the space I needed. She also understood my need and was attentive to answering my questions (I had alot lol) she was very kind and patient. She made me feel comfortable, I felt like I was shopping with advisor, the same way it would be if you were shopping with your mom (but in a good way?) All in all I highly recommend.
