“I had an issue with washer and decided to try Soap City. The place my husband and I used to use wash shut down for remodeling.
Someone recommended Soap City (2 years ago). I go there at least every 6 weeks.
The facility is always clean. I will only go when Carol works. She is very accommodating. She's normally on the floor folding clothes or sweeping and cleaning. She does an outstanding job. Soap City is fortunate to have her. I have been so impressed with the level of customer service she provides that on occasion I have brought her either a breakfast or lunch (Arby's or Wendy's).

“I have been going to Sunshine Laundry mat for 3+yrs I love how clean it is and the manager is always willing to help me because I have bad knees and so it makes it kinda of hard to walk. The other person doesn't offer any help. i have never seen the manager rude to any one i think She is awesome”
