“I signed up for the 2 try-out sessions The Spot offers and I really liked how the workouts were set up and the atmosphere of the gym. One session is one-on-one and the other is with a group typically 2-4 other people. Everything from the warm-up to the workout feels professionally put together. In about 20 one-on-one sessions so far with Maeve, I feel like she has taught me more about running and lifting in 4 months than I ever had from previous gyms and coaches. I look forward to my 2 sessions a week because I feel like I am learning a lot while getting faster and stronger. I highly recommend for someone who is looking for a gym that isn't crossfit-like and is looking for personal training.”

“I started during the Bring a Friend week and have had really good experiences so far. I've been really interested in lifting more weights because I know the benefits of lifting weights, especially for women (increased bone density, lean muscle mass, etc.). But have no idea what I'm doing - so thought I'd give this a shot. I love that the workouts are buildable (on the level method) - so as I get better and improve, I just move up to the next level and it's going to be challenging too.The community and vibes are good too. Members are friendly and fun. Coaches are knowledgeable and good at explaining things. I can see why people like to talk about CrossFit. ;)”

“I joined Orange Theory about a month ago after trying to find a workout regime after giving birth in August. I have been active all my life playing sports in high school and college and really enjoy how OTF replicates my experience in organized sports. I show up to workout and don’t need to think about anything other than the effort I’m going to put into the next 60min. I enjoy the benchmarked and speciality workouts to keep you on your toes and monitor your progress.The coaches are great in helping with technique and pushing you when you feel like you may have nothing left. I was hesitate about spending the money on a gym membership but I after signing up I don’t regret it one bit. Everything is going great and can’t wait to see my progress in a few months.”

“I've been going to Pursuit for a little over a year now and working with personal trainer Connor. He has me in the best shape of my life, which is a lot to say as a man in my 60s. I should have started working with these great people years ago. The gym is well-equipped, Connor keeps my workouts interesting and challenging and I love the friendly vibe that Connor, Russ and the other trainers create here. This is my kind of gym.”

“I have been a member of several gyms, and SHED is by far the best that I have been a part of. I started before I was pregnant, worked out throughout the entire pregnancy, and postpartum, and the trainers helped me to modify, and pushed me during these times! The classes push me everyday to challenge myself, especially since I have never been a person to enjoy running, and I have loved the progress that I have made since I started! “If you’re looking for an extremely welcoming place to get a great workout in, this is the place. As someone who has struggled with body image since my teenage years, going to the gym is intimidating. You can genuinely push those worries aside when coming to OTF Upper Arlington. All of the staff and trainers make you feel powerful and appreciated. This place is about more than getting a sweat in, it is a community. Wish I could give more than 5 stars. “Nate is a very knowledgeable trainer who will easily tailor a workout to suit your current goals and abilities. Don't let the size of the place fool you; though it seems small, there is an abundance of equipment and weights to make each workout a unique experience. Unlike a larger gym with countless cardio machines, you come to JST to challenge yourself and workout in a small group setting in which you receive more one-on-one attention. I have used other big-name gyms in the past, but I keep coming back to Nate because the quality of my workouts is immeasurably better than anything else.”

Burning 500 plus calories in intense workouts that change all the time. no matter your fitness level- you can do this. “I've been going to Swerve for a year now and it truly is my happy place. I usually go for hip hop fitness and the class is absolutely the best! It's fun, it changes up a lot, and you will leave completely drenched in sweat.Alisha and her entire staff are energetic, inclusive, and kind. I've never been as excited to exercise as I am with swerve, the atmosphere and culture is what makes it 5+ stars for me.Everyone is accepted here and everyone is supportive. “Stopped by for a quick workout while visiting Dublin. Came to 7p class during the week and there were only about 10 of us. Lauren at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. Coach Zane was energetic and motivating.I believe there were 13 stations and all equipment was in good order. Treadmills were the lower profile ones that go up to 15mph. Rowers all had the tablets.Good place to come for a workout. Friendly front desk with good coaches.”
