Todd and Jenna create not only a great workout but also an amazing environment and community at United Strength. In both personal training and group classes, sessions are always dynamic and challenging. Todd pushes me harder than I would push myself, and I'm stronger for it!

Working out at United Strength is calming and peaceful. It’s a small but powerful gym when it comes down to it. My trainer there, Jenna. Is an amazing trainer who takes the time to get to know who she’s training. She’s an amazing trainer to talk to.
