If you can't find a work boot here then you don't want to buy a great work boot. Let the salesman measure your feet and he will find a great work boot for you”
“I came through today to see what I could do with some sneakers that I could. It do anything with. I tried other competitors that didn’t even want to talk to me. But Boss at Bosskicks gave me the hook up with some fire sneakers and he worked with me on the ones I could not se because of size. Recommend this spot if you looking for hard to find shoes for a decent price. The customer service is also great.”

“I don't buy shoes. I don't know anything about good shoes and shoe sizes. I buy boots. And sometimes what I can find at kohl's. So it's safe to safe I don't speak shoeglish. Anytime I've ever even tried to find a pair, it was never a good experience. The employees are more focused on what's on TV or the radio.That was not the case here. The manager Jack was who I worked with. He was AWESOME. Very attentive to what I needed and was looking for. Helped me find TWO Pairs that I absolutely LOVED. He asked what I was looking for, my budget, and what type of shoes I HAVE liked in the past. I'm simple, last four or five years I've owned three pairs of the same Adidas.... They worked for me. So he helped me find out what size shoe I actually wear (plus took into account I'm diabetic and feet do swell at times) brought me like 8-10 pairs of shoes. Helped me out with like the first two pairs make sure the fit was right. And left me to my devices to familiarize myself with what I was liking. Checked in with me once in a while to see if I needed anything. And in the meantime helped probably about 6-7 people. Was very patient. And then tried to help my wife pick out a pair as well. She's pickier than me but we will be going back lol. At the end of the time in the shop Jack was patient, helpful, and even dealt with my bad twisted sense of humor lol (sorry jack!) good guy. Great manager. He works the store like he owns it. And I appreciated the positive vibe, positive attitude and work ethic.. (plus good taste in music) I left with a weird shade of like aliens blue altraas? Idk what they were at the moment. And these awesome black and purple RIVALS.10/10 WOULD RECCOMEND (actually just did to three people) and will be going back.”

“The store had 20 minutes left till closing and the kind worker David friendly greeted us. We explained we were in a mission for OSU shirts for my son who’s in college. I felt bad because if the time but we wanted to take advantage of the Tax free day for Ohio that was ending that day. He told us to take our time and was pleasant! We got like 6 shirts and some shoes and we had 2 minutes left when we were done. They have a great staff who is kind and friendly. There was a lady working with David this specific day but didn’t get a name who offered to help as well. Bravo to the staff at the Polaris DXL in Ohio. ??”

“I was impressed with the quick service, but I felt a bit rushed. The guy had a lot of knowledge about the boot selection and fitted me in a good pair of boots. For the first week or so, they hurt my ankles and i was concerned that I bought a bad fit, but after I oiled them, they quickly broke in and they stopped hurting.”

“First off I would love to give a big shout out to the guys that work at the Westerville Ohio Red Wing store. The two gentlemen I worked with there I believe it was John and Jason they went over and beyond for me getting me in the right pair of boots to have comfortable Happy Feet Again. I went in there with Achy sore hurting feet from standing long hours in a factory on concrete floors. And they did everything in their power to make sure that I left out in the right pair of boots with even a nice pair of inserts to go in them. Now I can truly say since I've gotten my new boots my feet have been very happy I haven't had sore feet anymore I haven't had sore ankles I haven't woke up in the morning and walked on feet that felt like I was walking on pieces of glass I truly got to say it was a real experience finding out about the Red Wing store in Westerville Ohio. It really was a great experience I will definitely be going back there from now on for all of my work boot issues and to get my work boots thank you to everyone that works there.”

“Best pointe shoe fitting in the area. They have my loyalty. Look for discounts/specials during the holidays and at the beginning of the school year. Note: we travel over 100 miles round trip to get my daughter's shoes fitted every time she grows--the quality of the fittings and selection of shoe options makes it worth it. They will ship additional pairs to us for a very low fee when her feet haven't grown but needs new shoes.
Many years later... We Still have shoes shipped from here regardless of where she lives. Sorry your local dance store!”
