When in doubt about anything, just ask the associates. They will help you figure out any problem you’re having. They even carry your paint to your car for you.”

He was patient, knowledgeable, and took time to thoroughly match the colors we brought in. He even stayed past the store's closing time to help us! I brought in a stain from another SW store that was not correct and Pat worked diligently and patiently to match the stain to the flooring samples as best as possible. He was kind and says that if it didn't work when I got it home, he would start all over with a new quart. In our culture of not offering great customer service anymore, I feel the store went above and beyond and highly suggest you give them a try. Kudos to SW hiring people that go out of their way to make things right”
