I brought in a stain from another SW store that was not correct and Pat worked diligently and patiently to match the stain to the flooring samples as best as possible. He was kind and says that if it didn't work when I got it home, he would start all over with a new quart. In our culture of not offering great customer service anymore, I feel the store went above and beyond and highly suggest you give them a try. Kudos to SW hiring people that go out of their way to make things right”
