“I LOVEEEEE this place, the surrounding area isn’t the best BUT it’s totally amazing. We were greeted right away by a very nice employee who helped us pick a mattress super quickly. “We were in the market for new box springs and mattresses. Our challenge was that the bed we were placing them on was a 100-year-old brass bed with a full-size mattress. We wanted to move up to a queen-sized mattress. A standard queen was too long at 80 inches. The Mattress Factory offers a short queen mattress and box springs in two different lengths. We purchased the ideal mattress for our needs with a less tall box spring. The company made the set to our needs. The delivery was only two weeks. Delivery was flawless. We could not be more pleased with the outcome of our shopping at the Original Mattress Factory in Reynoldsburg,”

“You will not find a better company to purchase your mattress from in Columbus. We picked out mattresses from a larger box store but decided we would shop around just to be sure. We were blown away from the moment we walked in. They are locally made and they have a wonderful selection. My partner and I have very different tastes but we were both able to find something we loved. The most shocking part? Our selections (even with one being the MOST expensive mattress in the store) were almost HALF the price of the Stearns & Fosters we had already picked out! Everything was seamless, but, then we had a slight snafu. The split king mattresses didn't line up as we had hoped. Their service team reached out with a solution and were able to come the next day. Everything is wonderful. We are both sleeping better than ever. I cannot reccommend the Original Mattress Factory enough. I will be telling all of my friends and family to get their next mattresses here. What a wonderful experience. Thank you so much!!!!”
