I am so grateful she explained things to me to where i understand. They are really amazing and nice here. I am really happy i switch to them. Sometimes that's all it takes is someone to explain things. Everyone was really nice and kind. Really different then it was the last time i came in. They even let me change my pin and passcode. I also found out that if your card is stolen like mine they way the fee this is amazing i would tell everyone”

Brooke in the fraud department, told me I wouldn’t get a new card, till Jan 3! I went into the bank because she said “oh you can go get a card & use it” a gift card! Thank GOD I was help by Mr. Jeff !! He reassured me, my card would be here! By this week! I just got my card!! Thank you sooooo MUCH!! Mr. Jeff, you really took my worries AWAY! ?☺️”

It has expanded with different locations over time and I hope they will eventually have a location on the west side.Customer service has always been good. The physical buildings are clean with easy access.The online portal is wonderful and I use it frequently. Whenever I have sent messages via the online portal I've received a response in less than 24 hours.Educators can get a $1,000 zero interest classroom loan. There is an initial set up charge.I've been very happy with the credit union.”

The virtual teller feature at this location is convenient and fast - you're literally talking to a human teller, just over video as they help you with your account. I felt a little silly using it at first and bungled some info, but again everyone was so nice. I'll continue using this branch for sure!”

I've had a couple of issues over the years but they have always fixed them and they are easy to work with in my experience.The mobile app needs refinement.Overall are they perfect? no, but what business is?
