“Serpentine belt broke a few weeks ago on my way back to Va from Ohio with my wife and kids. Was able to stop in and use their parking lot to change it out. Very friendly service, gave me two flashlights for free and a pry bar as it was dark and getting after hours. Don’t know the two guys names that helped me but would give them five stars for service!”

“I found a used car being sold through this dealership on Car Gurus. They were very responsive after my initial inquiry and were always quick to answer my questions throughout the process. They were also so helpful in being able to take my trade in to contribute towards the purchase of the car. They also offered to have the car delivered to my address since I was coming from out of state. The entire process was completed within about three days. “Two months after I bought my new car someone put a good scratch in the front drivers fender with their car door in a parking lot. I was lucky and was able to get this persons insurance information to get repairs completed. Jerry's was recommended to me by a few different friends. I called and was able to come in for an estimate the very next day. Jerry was very friendly and knowledgeable about the entire insurance process. I'd never had to go through insurance to get anything done before so this was a huge help! He got my estimate sent off to the insurance agency immediately. When I finally heard back from the insurance agency (not my own insurance) I was able to call Jerry and get an appointment to get my car repaired as soon as I was available to get my car in. Of course I had to set up things with the insurance agency and Enterprise for my rental. I dropped my car off late on a Monday morning and it was ready for me to pick up late in the morning on a Wednesday. The repair work is excellent and you cannot tell anything was ever wrong with the fender! I couldn't thank Jerry enough for restoring my car in such a reasonable time with such amazing work!”
“I came right home to make this review. I pulled into advance for zip ties bc I had some plastic rubbing against the tire..I thought it was from when a scammer (apparently its still a thing) did his ? and acted like I hit him? Walmart on Southside did my last oil changed and did not line up the cover go figure.
Michael came out and looked at it, threw a couple zip ties on and it's back to the way it drives. Thank you so much for fixing it and your kindness This man deserves to be the AGM if he isn't already,better yet General manager of the southside store

“My battery went bad in my 2021 Jeep. I called and made an in person effort to get the battery replaced. Unfortunately they were unable to fit me in due to appointments. I left unsatisfied and defeated. Received a call from Mike Conley, the service manager. He personally delivered me a battery and stuck around to make sure it started. I was extremely surprised that he went above and beyond to make sure I wasn’t without a vehicle over the weekend. Thank you Mike Conley!!!”
