“Fairly new to the area, and I've been exploring options for an oil change as my car was due for one. I have only gone to Valvoline in the past, and wanted to try something new and J's was very close to me so I gave it a shot based on other great reviews.I am very happy with the service, and I was in and out in about 10-15 minutes. Price wise, it's pretty much the same as Valvoline when on sale via Groupon (which is what I have always done). Synthetic Oil Post-Tax came out to be $67. And the service provider did not try to upsell you on little things like wiper blades and air filters like Valvoline does.Highly recommend this company if you want to support local, and still pay a very reasonable price. 5 Stars.”

“Never waited more than 5-10 minutes to be in the garage. There’s always at least 3 people working on my car and they’re always attentive! I’m always greeted with a bottle of water and a smile. They’ve never pushed me into unnecessary services and they’ll check and fill up air, oil, and washer fluid between oil changes. This place will always be my go to for fast and friendly service.”

“This family oriented (Rick, Rocky, & Carly Yusi) business is top-notch. Rick Yusi and his crew are honest, hardworking, and reasonably priced. My mechanic dad recommended him once he retired, and I have been going there ever since. The best feeling is when I don't get upsold and my final price is way less than other places. “Auto Service Specialists did a fantastic job repairing my brakes. I was in an emergency situation in which I needed brakes right away. They were very quick to send an estimate and make the repairs. They even provided a loaner car for me. Most importantly, they only fixed what needed to be done and did not find 10 other things to charge me for as some other services do. I would definitely use them again for future car repairs. Everyone was very kind and pleasant to work with.”

“I had a relatively minor problem for Bruce's, major problem for me late Thursday. I called and Emily could not have been nicer and suggested I get there as early as I can on Friday morning and that they would take care of it. Talked to Tim on Friday morning and he too could not have been nicer. Had me bring the car in immediately and got me in for my repair so that I could catch my flight on Friday afternoon. “Saturday morning I notice big puddle of fluid coming from car. Spoke with Grant and told me bring it in we'll take a look at it! I was full panic mode. They took it right in...turns out it was the oil filter not tightened after last oil change. Then was only charged for the half quart of oil I was low after they tightened everything up. They just gained a customer! I can see why they have been in business for 33 years!”

“EDIT * i contacted the manager and they helped me out! it was a misunderstanding on my part. i had to let my car cool down before checking the oil level instead of looking at it after i just got done driving. they were understanding and very nice. thank you conrad's employees for taking the time to address my issue and taking the time to explain everything to me! i scheduled a oil change appt at 10am on july 19th. they were extremely busy but the guy was kind he told me i wouldn't receive my car until around 5-6pm, which was fine i knew they were busy. but the part that upsets me is that i spent $60 for a job. i got my car back and my car still has the message of needing an oil change. i checked my hood and on the dipstick the oil level wasn't even filled to the second line, it was filled BELOW the first line. also to add, there's oil all over my engine. it just upsets me because i've gone to autozone for years”
