“I have lived here for almost a year with my boyfriend. We weren’t sure about the place despite the mixed reviews but we’ve had a great experience so far. The office ladies and maintenance team are always very helpful and timely for getting things fixed or helping me unlock my door if I left my keys behind, etc. They are always keeping things cleaned in the halls/elevators, adding on to the infrastructure, or hosting events for everyone. I’ve had some issues with loud neighbors but that can happen anywhere. Other than that it’s all positives, I truly love the price, my apartment lay out, location, amenities, and the helpful team here!”

“A small city within a city. This is how I see Crocker Park. A long street and a wide variety of cafes and shops. Summer areas and fast food. If you want to buy something, please go shopping. If you're hungry, choose a cafe for every taste. If you don't want to go to a cafe, street food won't leave you indifferent either. Or just take a walk along the long street with beautiful places”

“My wife and I have lived here for over two years and love it! We live in the Ovation building which is the newest and most modern. We are within 2 minutes from Trader Joe's, Starbucks, Graeter's Ice Cream, First Watch and 3-Palm's restaurants, Bahia Bowls and a multitude of restaurants, shops, bars, and an IMAX theater. We receive resident discounts to many of the stores and restaurants. We love our apartment, the apartment staff, and the amenities. They schedule activities for the residents to socialize such as "Thursday-night Trivia", "Wine-Down Wednesdays", and various others throughout the week. Their maintenance team is amazing!! We submit our maintenance requests through or phone or computer (and can include a photo) and a maintenance person arrives the same day, usually within an hour, sometimes within 10 minutes. (Don't submit a maintenance request and then get in the shower). The maintenance team fixes everything from burnt-out light bulbs to anything more complicated.
It is expensive, but compared to similar apartments in Pinecrest Shopping Center (similar high-end shopping center), it is less expensive and the amenities are better.”

“I was visiting family and had a nice time in the building, party center and pool. The heating and cooling is odd as the heat had to be regulated opening the windows or sliding door. Loved the views. The residents seemed friendly. We stayed in the guest suite, which was comfortable. The elevators were punctual. Loved the outdoors trees lit for the holidays.”

“Living at hunters chase has been a great experience. I love the gym and the access to ample green space while walking my dog. The staff is extremely friendly and has always promptly responded to all of my inquiries.”

“As a delivery person in the area I can only speak on this matter. Everytime I’m here the folks are nice and it appears clean. In the winter it’s salted. Elevators work well. It appears they have lots of activities and perks for the residents which I find really sweet. Keep up the good work!!!”

“Been living here for almost seven years, I’m moving because it’s time and I found something with better accommodations for my age. Things are changing everywhere- and for the most part, the Mgmt “team” tries very hard to meet the needs of the residents, and unfortunately they can’t meet them all. However, there has/is never a time I didn’t have a complaint, that wasn’t timely addressed. There is never a time I didn’t feel like mgmt didn’t care about the upkeep of my home. There were some things that I wasn’t happy about if I’m honest, but it had more to do with (some) residents not caring, than it did with Hummingbird as a whole. Living in a high rise apartment building with tons of people- will be a hit or miss - but leasing has no way of knowing that until after an apartment has been leased and the resident moves in, and Kelly from Day 1, has been the best.Thank You Hummingbird, for the many years of being a resident in your community and for your service and dedication to making me feel at home.”

“Honestly this place is fantastic for the price. No dishwasher when I was there (can't imagine that's changed but hey it's been 2 years) but the 1 bedroom apartment I had was pretty great for what I paid. A lot of space, very basic but again for the price and city/area you can't beat it. The office staff was AMAZING and I loved the maintenance, too. Always quick to the call and did the job. I lived there for 5 years and not once did they have to fix the same thing twice! Parking was tight but the garages were not expensive either if you wanted a guaranteed spot.”

“Bre was SO sweet and helpful during our move in, she made the process easy, fast and stress free. We’ve only been here two weeks but so far I have no complaints. Everything is clean, we haven’t had any issues.

One month later - I’ve tried repeatedly to get the garage door opener wired for our spot. I got an email that i would be notified when the pool passes are ready, waited 3 weeks and went to the office to ask, was told the pool was closed. I have an email that says the pool is open on weekends only, so I’m not sure which it is but using the pool would be nice. I submitted a maintenance request for the toilet, waited a week and fixed it myself. The light in the kitchen has now gone out, I’ve asked the lady in the office (the one who is always annoyed) and she said she would call and get it fixed, however bc I have my doubts, I also submitted a maintenance request. So now we wait. Again.”

“In September, I will have lived at Kimberly Park for one year, so this review is long overdue. My sister helped with my apartment search, and after reviewing quite a few online, my choices were either Yorktown Apartments on Pearl Road or Kimberly Park, both beautiful properties and well maintained. Kim at Yorktown was amazing and so helpful, but they didn’t have a one bedroom deluxe available when I needed to move. She called Jasmine at Kimberly Park to see what was available here. Luckily she had something, so we headed here to take a tour of the property and the model suite. Jasmine was professional, informative and very thorough giving me information about Kimberly Park. The one bedroom deluxe is very spacious and would accommodate all of my furniture. I didn’t lease that day, but came back a week later and Lori took my application and deposit. She was also very professional, personable and extremely helpful, explaining all of the upgrades that were going to be done to the suite I would be moving into. The entire process was painless and very positive, and I couldn’t have been happier with my suite on move-in day. It was spotless, the paint color and carpeting were perfect with all of my furniture. Lori did the walk through with me and made me feel right at home from day one. Visnija does an excellent job keeping up with the window cleaning, lobby, laundry rooms and hallways. Everyone that comes to visit comments on how well maintained the building is. The few times I had to call maintenance, they were here the next day and the problems were resolved. Customer service is key at a Millenium Property. There is no question that I will be renewing my lease. I am very happy here and plan on staying for a long, long time.”
