“What a nice apartment! It is well-designed, well-maintained (I put in several work orders when I moved in and got a quick response.), aesthetically pleasing, and iconic. I enjoy taking pictures of the dome above the West Prospect Ave vestibule at night. Will it turn into a lantern if we get a thick coating of snow? Sounds romantic.”

“Just moved out about a month ago (moved to a different city).My husband and I stayed there for 3 years. It was a solid experience. First of all, the staff there are great. They are very attentive and all queries/maintenance get answered within the day or so. Keep up the good work crew!Second of all, it was a great deal for the price. The apartments have very modern decor and amenities with ample space. I feel like a lot of the other downtown places you are paying less for an older place or paying more for a newer place that is so much smaller.Thirdly, at least when were lived there our area was very quiet. You only hear people occasionally out in the hallway. Neighbors are normal.Of note, the garage is across the street but this wasn't a deal-breaker for us.”

“I have lived at Crittenden Court for 3 years now. The price and location are GREAT. When I first moved in, the management of the building was my biggest frustration.Packages were constantly not being delivered (or even getting stolen). Maintenance requests were not actively being managed/fulfilled.Within the last year, a new management company has taken over and the problems above have been addressed. Zach in the Leasing Office does an excellent job making sure the building runs properly and all problems are resolved quickly! I recommend Crittenden Court Apartments for those looking for an affordable place downtown CLE!”

“I have lived at the Bingham for 6-7 months now. I have had 0 issues or complaints since moving in! My 2 bed/2 bath unit was exactly like the pictures, and it has a unique warehouse feel to it. Moving in was so easy (besides moving furniture up 6 floors) thanks to the staff. I often see the maintenance/front desk staff walking around and they are extremely friendly, pet-oriented people.They often host events for the residents and it’s great! Not to mention the built in grocery store downstairs. It’s a life saver!”

“Moved here into a 2 bedroom apt in January 2021. Love it!! Very quiet. Friendly neighbors. Love the in unit washer and dryer, dishwasher. Spacious kitchen. Large bedrooms and bathroom. Can't wait to sit out on the balcony enjoying some lemonade reading a book. They have a big community room and two spacious rooms one with a pool table and games for gatherings with family and for the residents. Fitness room! A very nice patio on the main level outside the community room. Pam the property manager is very nice and knowledgeable and James the property maintenance guy is cool!”

“I have been a resident at Hunter's Chase since November 2020. I absolutely love it here. Maintenance has been wonderful every single time I call. Andrew and Wilkins were here to replace a screen door and an air filter on 4/28. Even though the request was not an emergency, they were on-site and had the issues completely fixed within a couple hours of submitting the request. They were friendly, courteous, and efficient. Love these guys! They are always pleasant and smiling when I see them out and about, even in frigid winter conditions. Along with the beautiful grounds and apartments, the staff both office and maintenance make Hunters Chase a place I am proud to call home!UPDATE 11/5/2021 - Google will only let me review Hunters Chase once but I had another great experience with Wilkens and Andrew. The original work request was to replace 6 tiles in the bathtub but they went ahead and replaced the whole wall. They did a beautiful job. It took a little longer than expected to get the tiles in once the request was submitted but that would be my only complaint. Wilkens and Andrew were friendly and polite through the whole process. They are a true asset to the hunters chase maintenance team.UPDATE 5/25/2023 - I had another amazing experience at Hunters Chase. I moved away for a year and then came back because the apartments and staff are so nice. Sadly, Wilkens is no longer on the maintenance team but Emil Puscas still works in the office as the leasing agent. This past week I had a digital piano delivered and panicked when it arrived because it was very heavy and I live on the second floor. I submitted a maintenance request for help with carrying it up even though that’s not a standard ask. Within 15 minutes Emil was at my door and helped me carry the piano up. As a leasing agent he went above and beyond to assist me. I was so grateful for his help. 5 stars for Emil. He’s kind, professional and responsive.”

“My girlfriend and I absolutely loved living here. They are so attentive to maintenance issues. They have 24/7 maintenance availability. They are very respectful and kind, and the scenery is great. It is a very clean place to live, and I would definitely live here again if I ever moved back to the area.”

Location is obviously unbeatable, maintenance was almost prompt and super chill, and Dave at the front desk will forever be my friend. Tanya always took care of me, especially when some pretty big issues arose. If i ended up moving back to Cleveland i would consider moving back here, and i encourage others to check it out.”

“Very cool ArBnB & They also have apartments for rent. It's in the old wearhouse district. So it is an old wearhouse that has been renovated for modern living. I really like the architecture with it's brick walls and open floor plans. Not to mention great views of downtown and lakes Erie. Also they open the roof during the airshow which is just an added perk.”

“I have lived here for almost a year with my boyfriend. We weren’t sure about the place despite the mixed reviews but we’ve had a great experience so far. The office ladies and maintenance team are always very helpful and timely for getting things fixed or helping me unlock my door if I left my keys behind, etc. They are always keeping things cleaned in the halls/elevators, adding on to the infrastructure, or hosting events for everyone. I’ve had some issues with loud neighbors but that can happen anywhere. Other than that it’s all positives, I truly love the price, my apartment lay out, location, amenities, and the helpful team here!”

“Brian from maintenance did an outstanding job putting in our new high riser toilet he was very professional and he made sure he cleaned up after himself. When he was finished he asked if there was anything else he could do for me. “Been living here for almost seven years, I’m moving because it’s time and I found something with better accommodations for my age. Things are changing everywhere- and for the most part, the Mgmt “team” tries very hard to meet the needs of the residents, and unfortunately they can’t meet them all. However, there has/is never a time I didn’t have a complaint, that wasn’t timely addressed. There is never a time I didn’t feel like mgmt didn’t care about the upkeep of my home. There were some things that I wasn’t happy about if I’m honest, but it had more to do with (some) residents not caring, than it did with Hummingbird as a whole. Living in a high rise apartment building with tons of people- will be a hit or miss - but leasing has no way of knowing that until after an apartment has been leased and the resident moves in, and Kelly from Day 1, has been the best.Thank You Hummingbird, for the many years of being a resident in your community and for your service and dedication to making me feel at home.”

“I lived for over a year in Kimberly and it’s such a good place to live. I never had any problems with the management. Work orders were always done in time. The building is equipped with new system so very safe place to live in. All the entrances use key fob system to get in. Def recommend Kimberly if you are looking for a good place.”

“I live at the Edison in Cleveland and moved here just about 3 weeks ago. The attentiveness of the staff and response time is remarkable. This is my third apartment complex I’ve lived in and also third rental company and this is by far the best. I’ve had amazing experiences with Veronica Albino in particular. “I was visiting family and had a nice time in the building, party center and pool.The heating and cooling is odd as the heat had to be regulated opening the windows or sliding door. Loved the views. The residents seemed friendly. We stayed in the guest suite, which was comfortable. The elevators were punctual. Loved the outdoors trees lit for the holidays.”
