“I've been buying items for my new house to make it my own. On this trip, I exchanged incandescent light bulbs for LED's, bought a fan light switch, and bought some silicone caulk. All the employees were friendly and they had the items that I needed. With self checkout, my shopping was done in under 10 minutes. I have three Home Depot locations near home and I've been to all of them now. All three locations, including this one, are very good in terms of cleanliness, friendliness of staff, in stock condition, and checkout. I'm not sure if they could do anything better.”

“Just about everything is good, I picked up my product from the shelf and then I had to walk pretty far to find somebody to explain something about the product that I purchased, I know it’s probably hard, but I wish there was somebody at the door to help this older lady find a product and then explain the product to me. I know you probably can’t have somebody at the door all the time, but it would help if there was somebody there some of the time.”

“Interesting spot in Akron, an old warehouse full of building materials - mostly wood - doors, flooring, trims, etc. My partner has been finding quality hard woods for making cutting boards. The building itself is an old structure from Akron's industrial past, and it's great to see a business thriving there. It's open to the elements, so you definitely need your coat, gloves and hat when shopping in the winter. There's ample off street parking and you get an impressive view of the Route 8/77 highway construction from the front entrance.”

“Today I went to Home Depot for two things they had me get in line I was in the store in about 2 minutes once inside the nicest employees told me what aisle I needed then two very friendly employees helped me get exactly the product I was looking for I found it on their web site then the line to check out went fast I was in and out quickly. “Look at all these qūèér bîťchès complaining about self checkout, takes a fraction of the time than waiting for someone to cash you out, have never had a problem with any of the self checkout, only bìťçh boys try to cancel self checkout cause they're too rètàrdèd to figure out how they work, I think they are pedos just wanting to come in contact with the highschoolers they hire for cashier positions, self checkout is the best and the rest of the store is superior to Lowes”
