“I really love this hardware store! The employees are friendly and always helpful. They always go above and beyond in helping me find what I need and offer good advice. I never have to wait for help or walk miles around a store trying to figure out what's where. Another neat thing about this store, they offer some of the old-time candy! And it's not ridiculously expensive.”

I arrive head to paint Dept and ask the lady associate who stated she was the one who answered my call. She was MORE than helpful. She also answered questions about paint, type to use on paneling. Cashier was equally as nice and helpfulCustomer Service wins me over.. and when an associate can point you directly where you need to be to find something...that's service. I will be returning”

“I just wanted to send a shoutout to Christine who went above and beyond to get me the light bulbs I wanted today. I grabbed the last box off the shelf and found her to see if they had more stored somewhere else. At first she thought they were out but she checked again and found a box on an unopened pallet in a different aisle. She then got a lift operator to get it down for me and searched through the pallet to find the exact box I needed. Great customer service! So appreciated.”

“Having read other reviews on here, i cannot help but wonder what details are being left out. So much of someone's contact with a tool company depends on their distributor, and bad ones exist aplenty in all the major players. That said, ive consistently had excellent results with Matco, both in the quality of their toolboxes, the warranty on hardline tools, and my interaction with my rep. Ive alwsys found the Customer Service team to do nothing but bend over backwards to try to help me. Finally, and again, their toolboxes are second to none, in design, in quality of components, and in construction. Ive seen the Jamestown plant where they are made, and the pride those people take in their work is aweinspiring. Snapon, and definitely Mac, got nothing on them.”
