“I went up here at 1 in the afternoon on a Sunday to get 4 tires mounted and balanced on my truck. Not only did they get me in, they didn’t try to charge me a bunch of extra money for a few of my wheel nuts that were swelled. I was already planning on replacing all of them so they found some mix match wheel nuts that fit my truck. Great experience!!! Thank you”
“This place deserves 10 stars! Jessica and her staff went way over and above to provide for me a new car battery after hours when my car died after work. A staff member actually had to go to a supplier to get the battery while another staff member started removing the old battery. Jessica, the Assistant Store Manager, made it happen! Who does that anymore?!?!?!?!?! That is just good old fashioned customer service and care! They won my business (yet again because I've relied on this particular location for thirty years) for a full set of new tires with an amazing quote.”

Service Department - Andre and Nate - During an oil change, Andre noticed a leak on the rear differential pinion seal. So happy that he was paying such great attention to detail. I scheduled an appointment for the repair and brought my ride back in 2 days later. I was nervous about how long it would take to fix and I worried more problems might crop up. Although Andre was not available, Nate took care of ensuring the issue was fixed timely and smoothly. He made me feel at ease and comfortable with the process. Both men are awesome, very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and courteous.

“The new manager at the Fairlawn store is very knowledgable. I was about to take my business elsewhere but I discovered the store is under new management so I decided to give it a try. After the previous manager (Norm) had said my car did not need work, it turns out i needed brakes, shocks struts and an axle done, This new guy (can't remember his name -NOT NORM) is very good.. he helped me with financing and the staff got my car fixed on a timely basis. I will return as long as he is running the shop.”
