5000 Dixie Hwy, Fairfield“This is going to be a very honest review. I don't even bank with KeyBank but my husband has a credit card through them. Let's start with the bad and end with the excellent. The 1-800 customer service people suck. My husband was being hospitalized for some time and I called to pay the monthly amount. Even though I knew all my husband info, had the card in my hand, they would not take my payment, put on hold mulitple times, finally they speak to my husband, he tells them it's all good. 47 minutes later, after giving my ss#, BD & cell number, they let me make the payment and said no problem for next month. Next month (still suck), I would not allow me to make a payment & I only wasn't making a payment I was paying it off of a couple thousand. 45 minutes later, I hang up on 1-800 #, drive to this branch and walk-in the lobby and just say "ok can someone please just take my money? I'm sorry but your 1-800 # sucks and all I want to do is give you money? NOW EXCELLENT PART: Tonia Plair came out from behind her desk and goes up to the front counter and so friendly and accoumidating as if I was at her house stopping by for coffee, and took care of everything and even made me laugh during a time my husband was very bad and was a tough day for me. Love this woman, needs a promotion or a raise, both would suffice as well! 3rd time to make payment, can't find Tonia's card, call branch. Carson Vrzal picks up. I had to take him back to a far away land of one month earlier. Excellent customer service again, great attitude and sense of humor, gave me the payment info and all end with my world a better place today! He saved me the the 1-800-suck customer service team - if that's what you call a team because it takes - "Individual commitment to a group effort - that is what makes a team work, a company work, a civilization work" - Vince Lombardi once quoted. Tonia, Carson and the inside team at this branch are the 1-800 # chaos coordinators, and they rock in my eyes!”

“I had a money order that was purchased from Kroger the same day and I realized I didn't need the money order anymore so I wanted to return the money order at Kroger and they told me that I couldn't I have to wait till 72 hours to cash it out but when I went to Fifth Third at this location they were able to charge me a small fee to cash it for me and I was able to get my money back I really appreciate the guys here at Fifth Third in Fairfield”

“I love this new location for Fifth Third at Jungle Jim's it is a little inconvenient some hurts their last location that was located inside from the construction that's going on. It's very nice and very contemporary put lots of animals pictures that represent the jungle at Jungle Jim's it's really nice and nice quiet as can be right now.”

“I never really go inside much because it tends to be crowded the times I can get there around lunch or right before they close (only reason the rating isn't a five). If I get a chance to go inside the tellers are always nice and some are bilingual. I like to use their new ATM furthest away from the building for depositing checks and cash.”
“Never!!!!!! I have ever been disappointed with any visit I have had with Chase Bank....Every one that is currently working there have been very helpful and very friendly to me....My issue is with some of the customers not being prepared to do their transaction's once they are at the counter.....Been known to have to wait a good five or more minutes while the customer finish their transaction... Should that be a on going situation I feel like Chase should have a special line for people who have no ideal what they are doing.. Just sayen. I go prepared for what intend to do thinking it might be another short trip in and out. Not stand in line waiting on another person NOT THE TELLER. to figure out why they are even there for... Call me what you choose don't really care just only wanting to run get my business taken care of quickly like it should be done.. Use to happen at another bank years ago...”
