“My first impression of this location was not very good . The staff seemed rude and were not very helpful but I think it must have been a bad day it was close to closing time and they where a little busy . Since my first encounter I have returned to this shop on three or four other occasions and total 180 the entire staff has been very helpful and friendly they may not pay exactly what you want but they do seem to try and do something for you and if they think you can get a better deal elsewhere they will say so and refer you to who they think can give you a better price for your item I highly recommend this location if you are in need of quick cash for gold or firearms tools or electronics they will help you out”

“I brought in some gold for a short term loan. They were busy and folks were being rude. Not to mention the one of the two employees was training. However the woman welcomed, said there was another person ahead of me and was very friendly. When it was my turn she was really nice and efficient. I thought she did an awesome job. Fingers crossed it goes that well when I pick up my items. Although I'm quite certain it will.”
