“Pretty decent place always seems to have pretty much good items I have purchased so far several items from here haven't had any problems and have had my merchandise that I purchased from them for a couple months everything still going pretty smooth no issues!!! Their merchandise definitely seems pretty solid!! The staff was very pleasant and helpful so that's a super plus and they work with you as far as prices! I got this laptop for 90 bucks!!! (Hp Crombook) pretty good deal!!!! These are usually 200 ➕ new!!!”

They reset the rings and cleaned it to look like 1 brand new ring, size and soldering was perfect! 10x prettier than before! I've never gotten good customer service out of them .. If you need a pawn shop that cares I recommend you go see Steven at the Montgomery road one !! They took the time to help me pick out my fiancée ring and neckless and the price was even better it's just a fun lovey place to go I spend a lot of time trying to Choi what I wanted and steven took a hour out of his time to help me he was very helpful and really cares about his job and his customers!! “I went in on valentines day to get a ring. When i picked one I asked them to test it and the guy at the counter would not test it. He said it was real and that they test ALL of their jewelry for authenticity. The problem is, the ring is FAKE. I called and the manager was very helpful alms even replaced my ring with a more bewitching l beautiful ring. I'm happy”

“My first impression of this location was not very good . The staff seemed rude and were not very helpful but I think it must have been a bad day it was close to closing time and they where a little busy . Since my first encounter I have returned to this shop on three or four other occasions and total 180 the entire staff has been very helpful and friendly they may not pay exactly what you want but they do seem to try and do something for you and if they think you can get a better deal elsewhere they will say so and refer you to who they think can give you a better price for your item I highly recommend this location if you are in need of quick cash for gold or firearms tools or electronics they will help you out”
