I left a happy customer. Hopefully I can take care of my phone and not need to come back lol HOWEVER I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND. I also got a new pretty phone case while I was there. “Great Customer Service. Was ona Budget and Trisha helped me get a nice affordable phone with case and screen protector. As for the service, it's 50/50. I have to turn on airplane mode to reset the data because the internet doesn't want to work for some reason and I've had some calls drop as well. It may be the 5G UC. Not sure, but 4G works better to me.”
“I was just at the Verizon store today with anxiety about getting a new phone. If I would have know that Troy was there to be as helpful as he was I would have done it 6 months ago. It can be nerve racking getting a new cell phone because that’s basically what runs our life’s today with gps email phone calls and texting our loved ones and work related information. I was relieved that he made it so easy and he also unlocked hundreds of dollars of savings being that I got a new phone and a new watch that he has sent to my house so I don’t have to return to the store very helpful 10 out of 10 much appreciated ???”
