Last ditch effort was to call Reading Rock . The lady said give me your number I'll call back . So she called me right back with a solution to my problem . “Picking up a load here today. You can park overnight here . If you get here at night, back into Dock 6 and sleep in this door,,, not dock 2. They open up at 7am, but won't start loading until 9am. Kinda tight if you have a long hood truck, but doable,,, but otherwise nobody will bother you overnight, not a bad area. Shipping & recieving is the first door on your left when you pull in.”

“edit to my post TYLER!!! Thank you for you great customer service and seeing the problem at hand and fixing it!May 21st I called this store and spoke to Manny. Seemed very legit. WAS I WRONG! There was a miscommunication is what I needed and ended up leaving me charged twice for lumber. I was promised by Manny that ALL OF THE MONEY ON THE FIRST charge would be refunded. Here we are June 8th and I had to call the store now 3 times, spoke to a Zach which has no clue what is going on at all, to get some of what I should of been refunded. Now I get the excuse so they can over charge me for lumber that a deliver fee has been added to my order of $154!!! who would pay $154 for delivery. I know I would not of every agreed to this I have a truck i would of went and picked it up myself for that!!! EVERY place I called for quotes has delivery fees any where from $30 - $50 which is expected. Also what I was told! Also Zach's math doesn't add up. I was charged a little over $696 (which should of ALL been refunded) plus another 599.68 totaling 1295.68. Total charge with their over charged deliver fee is 753.68. If my calculator is right I should of been refunded at least $542 please tell me why I am only getting $531 back. Maybe Zach has a good reason for this also.”
“Reviews had me worried about this place , but I unloaded here appointment for 11am , pulled in about 9am got in line a they got to me very fast . Then pulled out gate an pulled back in to reload with broker load , loaded me in about 1.5 hours during they had a shift change . Over all not that bad of a place . Few trucks can park to the side of entrance on outside of gate . The lady in shipping Mikayla Carpenter was very friendly, professional, an knowledgeable of how things went. Need more employees like her .!!! No bathroom or vending machines”

“I waffled between lugging 45 sheets of drywall into the basement by myself or having it delivered. I ended up choosing M & M and was met with great service from ordering to delivery. The delivery was especially impressive with two guys traversing a wet slope to get everything into my basement. To say they crushed it would be an understatement.”
