“The driver side lock on my 1988 GMC Sierra pickup truck was broken. I called a couple GMC/Chevy repair shops. They decided that they couldn't work on my truck because they didn't have the parts or they couldn't obtain them.I called Rod. He offered suggestions on how I could obtain the parts. I ordered the parts and made the appointment with Rods Restoration Wizards. They fixed both driver side and passenger side locks. The cost was reasonable. The timeliness of the repairs was perfect. I will use Rods Restoration again.”

“This is honest review and I'll share my passed experiences with Performance Toyota, including this one. Back in 2018 I was in the market for a 4runner and the "salesmen" as I dealt with 2 of them on different days and would not come down on price at all and would not even let me go on a test drive alone, which was ok as they ticked me off so much that I ended up buying one at Kerry Toyota down in Florence as they gave me a killer deal, best car buying experience so far. Fast forward to March 2022 and I'm looking for a Sienna, height of the car bubble, they had 3 vans arriving and 9 people were there and some were there with their families so 6 people were going away without a van. I was there for about 8 hrs and they would not give me the value of my trade in until the van had arrived which was shady but whatever. Of course they tried to low ball me on my trade-in but I told them to keep their van but at that time they were prioritizing people with trade-ins they could sell so they bumped up their original value by a couple grand to a more fair price. I got the van but more because I needed one for my growing family , I was not happy with the process as it felt like I was in a rat race but I got one back when you had to agree to buy one sight unseen. Dealers took people for a ride and I wasn't too happy with that whole experience but I give credit to the saleswoman I dealt with back then as she was doing everything she could to get me a van, running back and forth with management to get me to agree to a deal. So credit where credit was do. Now fast forward to Sep of 2024. I'm happy with my van, no problems just doing the recommended maintenance, I get emails all the time about selling my van as it's a sought after vehicle. They ask me to come and look at their new ones and I just wanted to see what they had and was not serious about buying one at all. They ended up giving me a killer deal this time and a trade in value I was very happy with. I dealt with this salesman named Sterling Jackson, really good stand up guy and he worked really hard to get my business and this last time was a much more pleasant experience. So things have gotten much better from my first experience and it's the closest Toyota dealership to my house so I prefer to go there first and hope the experience will be better. I think it helped that I wasn't serious about getting one and if the van I liked sold then that was OK with me as I was more than happy with mine. I hope they keep this up and really try and make their customers feel as though they got a fair deal. That is all, and if you're in the market for a new Toyota ask for Sterling Jackson.”

“I could not have asked for a better start to finish lease experience than the one my Sales Rep Brook and the Sales Manager Ali provided. I came in wanting to test drive a Santa Fe Calligraphy after having driven a Palisade Calligraphy on my last work trip. From the jump Brook was so awesome about explaining all of the features on the vehicle and not being pushy whatsoever, knowing this was the very beginning of the leasing process for me. After my test drive, she mentioned she could give me a mock up of what a lease could look like with them to take with me as I went and looked at other options so I could compare what they could offer me to other dealerships. Her and Ali were incredible to work with and mentioned how they wanted to truly EARN my business with the offer I was eventually given. I couldn't be more happy with my beautiful new Santa Fe and would recommend Brook and Ali (and this vehicle) to anybody looking to lease or buy a new vehicle.
